In Store Merchandise

An email or text will be sent to the email address/phone number you provide in your checkout details.  All order status changes, including your tracking information and availability of local pick up will be communicated via email/text.  Items will ship within 24-28 hours from our Morris, IL store. If you have selected local pickup for your order, the same timeframe will apply.  Please note that we cannot control shipping speeds once your order has shipped.  

Online Exclusive Merchandise

An email or text will be sent to the email address or phone number you provide in your checkout details.  All order status changes, including your tracking information and availability of local pick up will be communicated via email/text.  Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery to your home when you purchase said items. Online exclusive merchandise will ship directly to you from our store's warehouse. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, depending on the order volume and date/time order is received.  Our warehouse is closed on Sundays.  If you have selected local pickup, the same time frame will apply as it will ship to our store for you to pick up at your earliest convenience.  Typically your item(s) will be delivered prior to this timeline, but we cannot control shipping speeds once the item(s) have left our warehouse.
